Tighten the masonry drill bit into the drill using the key. With the drill switched to drill only action (not hammer action), sit the tip of the drill bit on the marked hole point. Pull the trigger gently and apply a small amount of pressure. The drill bit should break the plaster surface and start to enter the wall. When you feel the drill bit hit the brick under the surface, stop the drill and turn it to hammer action. Start drilling again slowly. The drill will be noisy and will vibrate. Try to keep drilling in a straight line and drill the hole to the required depth and remover the bit and drill.
Push a wall plug into the hole. It should be a snug fit and may need tapping into place using a hammer. Offer the bracket up to the hole and check the other marked holes are still in the right places. When drilling it can be quite common to veer off the original mark so the other marks will need marking again.
When you are happy with the mark positioning, drill the other holes for the TV bracket and fit the wall plugs. You can then screw the TV bracket to the wall using the screws provided.
