Toshiba have launched the first 3DTV sets that work without the need for relating glasses. The TVs create 3D effects from standard film and television pictures. A lenticular sheet is utilised to deliver nine images that are overlaid to create the 3D effect. The human eye receives the different images with each eye, which creates the illusion.
The reason for creating this technology was because it is more natural “more natural to watch TV without glasses” said the Toshiba President. But, it does require the person to be sat in a particular optimal position, which is 90cm (35in) from the 20in TV and 65cm (25in) from the 12in screen. The images are best watched at a 40-degree angle.
This is where TV wall brackets come in. With TV wall brackets you will be able to fix your TV into the exact position necessary to be able to fully enjoy these stunning effects, and with your TV mounted up on a wall, this amazing technology will be framed and elevated to deliver maximum impact.
