Sturdy bracket but impossible to tilt tv when fixed in place

Dear Mimi,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. All of our cantilever brackets have fully adjustable gearing bolts which allow for the loosening and tightenting of fitments to suit your exact needs. The A12ABLK model has two separate bolts which can be loosened to allow for a smoother extension, or tilt both when you need the TV in full view and flat against the wall.
