With the increasing use of LCD televisions and plasma screens, many people are now switching to mounting thier TVs on walls instead of placing them on tables or stands. For this reason, there are a number of TV wall brackets on offer which provide different features to meet the needs of every individual and home. TV brackets can be used to either mount a flat screen TV on a wall or hang it from the ceiling.
TV wall brackets – There are a number of TV brackets to choose from if you want to mount your TV on the wall. There are normal TV wall brackets which keep your television fixed in one place and very close to the wall. If you choose this type of TV wall bracket, it is important to remember to mount the TV at eye level for perfect viewing.
Another type of TV wall bracket is the Tilting TV bracket. This allows you to mount the TV higher up on a wall away from unwanted hands and can be viewed by tilting the screen to the desired level. Usually these TV brackets allow a 15 degree tilt, making it easy to watch TV even though it is at a height.
Ceiling TV brackets – These types of TV brackets are used more for commercial purposes than for personal use. They can mostly be found in malls, restaurants, bars, pubs, airports and other public places. These are great for keeping expensive TVs out of reach, yet make viewing them still possible.
