Electronics manufacturer, Sharp, has launched a new range of LCD TVs known as Green Aquos DH77. The DH77 LCD TV has some wonderful ‘green’ credentials and many other high-end features it offers. The new range of 32, 42, 46 and 52 inch LCD screens have remotes with an ‘eco’ button on them which users can use to cut down the energy consumption of the TV.
The eco button also enables viewers to decrease the backlighting by 15 to 20 percent in two phases without the need to navigate the on-screen menu. Another feature the DH77 range of LCD TVs also has is optical picture control technology. This will alter the backlight output depending on the lighting of the room with the help of a light sensor that is fitted into the frame of the TV.
Other high end features this LCD range offers are contrast ratios of 50,000:1, full HD resolution, three HDMI inputs, 100 Hz processing and a response of only four milliseconds and USB port for JPEG and MP3 playback.
Entertainment will be no problem with the DH77 range and mounting it on TV brackets will enhance viewing even more.
