You might not have heard of Prysm, but this relatively new US company is attempting to dominate the world of TV manufacturing through offering laser-based TVs.
Spurning LCD and plasma technology, Prysm TVs instead return to the phosphor coated screens of the original CRT TVs. However, rather than making use of a cathode ray tube, instead lasers are used along with rapid spinning mirrors which direct the light.
The technology may be fancy, but the result is much the same. No matter what the technology within them, flat screen TVs always need TV brackets to give you the best viewing experience.
