While the prices of flat screen TVs have been rising in the early part of the year, it seems that trend is now reversing. This should lead to an increase in sales, which should have a knock-on effect on the demand for TV brackets as new owners aim to position their new sets in the optimum position.
The change is largely due to the falling price of LCDs, a major component in most flat screen TVs. Manufacturers have increased production, thus bringing down the price. Some factories in Taiwan are now operating at full capacity.
With LCD TVs flooding homes, TV bracket demand has risen accordingly.
