Welcome to Brackets R Us Click & Collect service

• We pick & pack your order and you can collect at a time that suits you, you can even collect the same day.
• Click & Collect is available Monday - Friday; 12:30pm to 5:00pm. (Excluding bank holidays).
• As this is just a collection point, we are sorry you will not be able to change your order.
• When you collect you will be asked to show some identification.
• To use this service, you will need to pay using your debit or credit card.

When paying with your debit or credit card:

1. Simply place your order as normal.
2. On the payment page; complete the Billing Details.
3. For the 'Click & collect' service, select 'I have a different delivery address'.
4. Under 'Customer Name'; enter the name of the person collecting your order.
5. Under 'Company Name', enter 'Collection'.
6. Under 'Telephone' provide a contact telephone number for the person collecting.
7. Finally enter your card details and submit 'Pay'.

Your order will then be ready to collect within 30 minutes.
